When individuals have the capacity to regulate their internal world, they are more willing and able to participate in rehabilitation, maintain healthy relationships, and contribute to safer communities.
The Cageless Project gives people the skills to understand themselves, use applied emotional regulation practices to stabilise the nervous system so they can make positive sensible choices.

• Weekly group sessions delivered in-facility or Live online (60 minutes)
• Optional 1:1 support when appropriate
• Self paced Breath Work to music , EFT Tapping, and reflective exercises

Each group will be invited to establish their own peer-mentorship pathway. Participants share emotional-literacy tools within their units, encouraging accountability and pro-social leadership. This peer-led model reduces behavioural incidents, helps interrupt drug-related activity, and strengthens safety and collaboration between staff and individuals in custody, creating a calmer, more stable environment.
